This statement applies to the use of DU.-MA.doo services and materials by DU.-MA.doo clients and employment at DU.-MA.doo.<\/p>

Please note that as part of the improvement of our activities in order to improve our services, it may be necessary to amend this data protection statement. In that case, we will inform you about it.<\/p>

What data is collected and transmitted?<\/h5>

The personal data we process are data about you as a client, collected when you place an order and visit DU.-MA.doo, or when you fill out the Client Consent Statement, data about you as employees of DU.-MA.doo based on the Labor Act and other applicable regulations, when you make payments via a bank account or when establishing and executing contractual relationships between you and DU.-MA.doo, which can be directly or indirectly linked to you. These are the following data: full name and surname, telephone number(s), residential address, e-mail address, bank details in the case of payments via bank.<\/p>

This tool can be used to store website visits for the purpose of advertising (remarketing) on Google and the Display Network. Your browser stores cookies when you visit a website that allow you to be recognized as a visitor when you load websites belonging to the Google network. On these pages, you as a visitor are offered advertisements that relate to content that you have already loaded on other websites that use the remarketing options of the Google provider. You can refuse the collection of data through Google AdWords on the website http:\/\/www.google.com\/settings\/ads.<\/p>

Google AdWords conversion tracking<\/h5>

This allows conversion statistics to be created that measure the effectiveness of our online advertising campaigns. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. According to Google's data protection provisions, no personal data is processed. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can prevent the use of your data for this purpose by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via the cookie settings in your web browser.<\/p>

Please note that current web browsers accept cookies by default. You can set your browser to not accept all or only certain cookies, or to ask for permission to accept new cookies. Instructions for accepting cookies can be found in most browsers under the \u201chelp\u201d option in the menu list. Conversion measurement using Facebook visitor activity tracking pixels<\/h5>

The website uses a \u201cVisitor Activity Tracking Pixel\u201d from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (\u201cFacebook\u201d). This is a \u201ccookie\u201d, i.e. a small text file that is stored on your computer and can be downloaded from your computer. It can be used to track the activities of users after they have seen or clicked on an advertisement on Facebook. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical evaluation and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. it cannot be linked to the identity of the user. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that this data can be linked to the respective user profile and Facebook can use it for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Statement for the use of Facebook (\u201chttp:\/\/www.facebook.com\/about\/privacy \/\u201d). You can enable Facebook and its partners to advertise on Facebook and outside of Facebook. For this purpose, a \u201ccookie\u201d will be stored on your computer. For more information, please refer to the Data Protection Statement of the social network in question.<\/p>

Sharing<\/h5>

Our website has integrated fields for sharing on social networks Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA as well as Instagram, San Francisco, California, USA. In addition, a field for sharing via e-mail can be integrated. You can recognize sharing fields by their logo.<\/p>

Only when you click on the respective \u201cshare field\u201d on our website (and only then) is a direct connection established between your browser and the server of the operator of the respective social network. According to the operators of the social networks mentioned, no personal data is collected by the social networks without clicking on the respective share field. This data, including the IP address, is only collected and processed for persons logged in to the respective social networks. If you do not want your visit to our website to be linked to your social network account, please log out of your social network account.<\/p>

At this point, we emphasize that DU.-MA.doo has no insight into the content of the transferred data, as well as their use by social networks. You can find more information about the use of data by social networks in the Data Protection Statement of the mentioned social networks.<\/p>

Data usage<\/h5>

We use your personal data in full compliance with legal provisions.<\/p>

The personal data that you provide to us when you place an order and arrive at DU.-MA.doo, when you complete the Client Consent Statement, when you make payments via bank transfer or when establishing and executing contractual relationships between you and DU.-MA.doo, will be collected and processed solely within the framework of fulfilling our legal obligations (for example, data on employees that DU.-MA.doo is obliged to collect under the Labor Act) or contractual obligations to you based on your consent.<\/p>

After you have given us your explicit consent, we will use your data to deliver materials related to the services in question, mutual communication, including congratulating you on your birthday, and related actions and activities, as well as to inform you about DU.-MA.doo's service offer, discounts, novelties, workshops, training, promotions, and for the purpose of promoting DU.-MA.doo<\/p>

Security and data transfer<\/h5>

To protect your data, we use passwords, web firewalls, antivirus programs and other security measures according to the current state of technology. When communicating via e-mail, the security of data during transmission can only be guaranteed according to the current state of technology.<\/p>

The client data specified in the Client Consent Statement are kept on the original of the said statement and in electronic form. The originals of the said statements are stored in a cabinet with access protected by a key, and access to the list of DU.-MA.doo clients and the client data from the statement stored in electronic form is protected by a password. The retention period of the said data is two years from the date of the client's last interaction with DU.-MA.doo<\/p>

Originals of the Client's Statement of Consent are mechanically destroyed two years after the date of the client's last interaction with DU.-MA.doo.<\/p>

Access to the list of client data and client consent statements is granted to the director of DU.-MA.doo as the responsible person and to employees of DU.-MA.doo, since such access is necessary for the performance of DU.-MA.doo's obligations and services to the relevant clients, and is regulated in accordance with applicable legislation. Each client has the right to access personal data contained in the list of DU.-MA.doo's clients and which is processed about them (for example, in the list of service users).<\/p>

Personal data provided by the client for the purpose of payment via bank transfer is collected in electronic form and stored on a computer, with access protected by a password. The director of DU.-MA.doo has access to the said data. The retention period of the said data is determined in accordance with applicable regulations, especially accounting regulations.<\/p>

Personal data collected is kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection and processing. Client data specified in the Client Consent Statement collected for the purpose of sending notifications about DU.-MA.doo services and its promotion is kept until the client withdraws consent, and at the latest until the expiration of two years from the date of the client's last interaction with DU.-MA.doo.<\/p>

Responsible persons and employees of DU.-MA.doo who have the right and authority to access personal data collected by DU.-MA.doo are obliged to permanently maintain the confidentiality of personal data and act in accordance with applicable legislation and DU.-MA.doo rules by signing the Confidentiality Statement.<\/p>

Your personal data may be forwarded\/shared with certain contractual partners of DU.-MA.doo, if DU.-MA.doo decides to engage them.<\/p>

Namely, we may engage certain partners to fulfill our obligations (for example, accounting services) and services, communicate with members, manage our online presence and access, fulfill some of the purposes stated in this Statement. Your personal data will be forwarded to the contractual partner DU.-MA.doo if they are necessary for the performance of a specific service related to you. We will carefully select the aforementioned contractual partners in order to ensure lawful and secure data processing. Furthermore, the aforementioned contractual partners will be obliged to use your personal data only for specific purposes in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with Croatian legal provisions on personal data protection. The use of data by contractual partners for any other purposes is excluded.<\/p>

We will not pass on your personal data to other persons other than the contractual partners listed above, unless you have given your consent to do so.<\/p>

Given the nature, scope, purpose of the collection, use and processing of personal data by DU.-MA.doo, including the fact that the collection, use and processing is not on a large scale, nor are special categories of personal data collected, i.e. DU.-MA.doo and its services are not subject to the legal obligation to appoint a personal data protection officer, DU.-MA.doo has not appointed such an officer.<\/p>

Right of revocation, provision of information, change of data and contact<\/h5>

By signing the Client Consent Statement or by using our website, you agree to the use of your personal data in the manner described in the aforementioned Client Consent Statement and this Data Protection Statement.<\/p>

At the same time, in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and the rights it gives you as the owner of personal data, with which DU.-MA.doo has informed you, you also have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data; the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time, for the future without giving reasons; as well as the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. The withdrawal of consent is made in writing (by letter or e-mail) to the following publicly available address of the headquarters; DU.-MA.doo, Zagreb, Nova cesta 109, info@duma.hr. Such withdrawal will prevent the future use of your personal data by DU.-MA.doo<\/p>
